[UPDATE: Chart uses log of inflation-adjusted dollars. A .1 increase represents roughly a 10% increase in per-capita real GDP.]

  2. Thank you for paying enough attention to note my sloppy chart notation. The figures I started with were adjusted for inflation, using year 2000 dollars. Data from World Bank.
